This site is designed for corporate CGI FORM hosted needs. It is run independantly by the webmaster of Outsource Laboratories.

All Information collected from forms is private and many security mechanisms are in place. Form owners may even choose to encrypt the information so that only they can access it.

It has many more features than I have time to describe. But the bottom line is that you can make any form, and CoolForm will either email the results, or store results in a database for you (or both). The results of the form, can be returned as a flat file.

All information can only be accessed by the owner of the form.

The raw data is collected and saved, but it may be retrieved in a number of user friendly formats.
